Services + Specializations
I work with women who are going through a transition.
During this transition, they might want to feel:
More grounded in themselves and their day-to-day life
Clearer about who they are, which includes all aspects of their identity
Hopeful that they can move through this challenging time and integrate it better into their life story
Unstuck
Pregnancy and Postpartum
I have specialized in working with pregnant, postpartum, and parenting individuals since 2017. After experiencing postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, breastfeeding difficulties, a colic baby, and two children who are allergic to sleep- I became even more determined to receive all the training and certification I could to better serve my clients. I have received training on multiple facets of pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, loss, and parenting. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health through PostPartum Support International. Life Transitions
“Who am I?”, “What do I want?”, “What do I do now?”. Whether someone is experiencing a relationship ending or beginning, a move of any sort, stages of parenting, different stages of adulthood, or any other change- this can feel overwhelming. I enjoy working alongside individuals during these challenges. I can help you make sense of this transition and feel more like yourself again. Maybe you feel like everything is out of your control and the world is just spinning faster and faster. I would feel honored to step into that with you and help you find your stability again.
Anxiety and Depression
Anxiety and depression can be isolating, exhausting, debilitating, feel hopeless, terrifying, and make you feel broken. Whether you have experienced trauma, difficult relationships, unsupportive workplace, mood changes as a result of being neurodivergent in a world that doesn’t feel made for us, feeling like “I just can’t get it together”, or “I don’t know why I feel this way”, you are not alone and I’m here for you. I will never invalidate your fears or sadness- you can be “lucky” and not well. I utilize a variety of skills to help you feel more regulated, more in control, and better understand your patterns of depression and anxiety.
Lactation
I am a Certified Lactation Educator Counselor (CLEC), which I incorporate into sessions when requested and within boundaries. I am not a replacement for an International Board Certified Lactation Counselor (IBCLC). I utilize my knowledge about lactation + knowledge and skill set specific to perinatal mental health in order to create an informative, supportive, and warm space to encourage your right to self determination. Whether your lactation journey has has gone smoothly, resulted in trauma, or anywhere in between- I can support you. Do you want a referral for an IBCLC? Do you want to know more information on physiological effects of lactation? Do you want a space to grieve or celebrate your lactation journey? I’m here for all of it.
Appointments are scheduled Mondays 9am-11am, Wednesdays & Fridays 9am-3pm, Thursdays 10am-2pm, and one Saturday per month 9am-11am. In-person and telehealth available.
I offer individual counseling for 18+ adult women. I am body-positive, sex-positive, anti-racist, ND affirming, and work with individuals of all cultures, races, sexual orientations, spiritual beliefs.
